If you're looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Southport, Aotearoa is a great choice. the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. the hosts, Denise and Vince, go out of their way to make guests feel at home, and their two friendly dogs add a touch of charm to the experience. the breakfast is delicious, with options like gluten-free dishes available upon request. the property also boasts a beautiful garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind.
One of the downsides is that there are no chairs in the rooms and nowhere else to sit, which can be inconvenient who would like to relax in their private space.

The only suggestion I have for improving breakfast offerings would be to provide more seating options.
